Uetze, August 1st, 2019. Since August 2019 Köttermann GmbH has expanded its management by a technical managing director who, along with the Management Committee, has been working on the reorganization and group-wide pursuit of strategic goals.
Köttermann, as part of the BLOCK® Group, with 130 employees at the German headquarters in Uetze near Hanover, manufactures and distributes steel laboratory equipment “Made in Germany”. This includes fume cupboards, laboratory furniture, service supply systems and cabinets for hazardous substances. These products complement the portfolio of the BLOCK® Group, which includes clean rooms, isolators, process and healthcare technologies.
Freely adapted from Churchill’s quote “You do not solve any problems by putting them on ice”, we are happy that, with Jens Buchholz, a Swabian team player comes back to the Köttermann team. He had already worked in various functions and positions at Köttermann from 2005 to 2016 and distinguished himself over these years by strong implementation skills. In recent years, he has broadened his ample experience as Managing Director of Clestra Hausermann in Frankfurt.
“I am looking forward to this new task and the challenges associated with it. I am convinced that we will continue the success story of Köttermann after the years of reorganization”, says Jens Buchholz about his appointment.
“With Jens Buchholz, we have gained an experienced generalist for Köttermann, whose knowledge and experience we trust and will undoubtedly benefit from. I look forward to working with him and wish him every success in his new role”, said Jan Mynář, CEO of the BLOCK® Group.
